Hi, I’m Pearl Moti Regmi. I am a dedicated professional artist specializing in the captivating mediums of watercolor and oil. Born in Nepal, I pursed my passion for literature at Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu, where I earned my BA degree.For nearly a decade, I worked as a political cartoonist, contributing my insights and creativity to various newspapers in Kathmandu. My artistic journey has been marked by participation in numerous national group exhibitions since the 1990s, where I have garnered several prestigious awards in art competitions.
I have also had the privilege of showcasing my work in solo and group exhibitions in Nepal and the United States, where my paintings have found appreciation among art lovers worldwide. In the U.S., I have received multiple awards in plein air competitions, reflecting my commitment to capturing the essence of nature and urban landscapes.
Currently, I am actively involved in the vibrant art communities of Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia, where I continue to explore and expand my artistic endeavors.
